Hi, I’m Bella.

Writer. Curator. Deep feeler. I created Butterfly to offer the kind of space I once needed—where women could talk openly about hard things, feel seen, and find joy in their identities.

After years of navigating anxiety, depression, and self-worth, I’ve found a way to combine the two things I’m most passionate about—writing and women’s issues. My background weaves together editorial work and a passion for vulnerable storytelling.

Offline, you can find me reading something romantic, practicing yoga, or spending time with friends.

I'm honored to share this space with you ♡

Woman-Led Ownership. We believe in women leading their own narratives, businesses, and lives. Our platform exists to center women as creators, decision-makers, and authorities of their own experiences.

Voice and Autonomy. Every woman deserves the right to speak her truth. We champion the ownership of personal and collective voice—uncensored, unfiltered, and unapologetic.

Storytelling as Power. We treat storytelling not just as content, but as a radical act of self-definition, healing, and transformation. Through personal stories and cultural critique, we shape the future of media and community.

Intersectional Inclusion. Butterfly is committed to representation across race, ethnicity, sexuality, ability, class, and identity. We know feminism must be inclusive to be just and transformative.

Radical Empowerment. Empowerment at Butterfly means challenging systems, rejecting limiting norms, and redefining success on our own terms. We foster independence, resilience, and courage.

Integrity and Analysis. Our content is grounded in thoughtful critique, journalistic rigor, and a commitment to telling the truth—even when it's uncomfortable.

Community Over Competition. We believe in abundance and collaboration. Butterfly builds spaces of solidarity, where women uplift each other and grow together.

Protection and Care. In a world that often seeks to silence or exploit, Butterfly is a place of psychological safety and integrity—where dignity, boundaries, and well-being are protected and prioritized.

Wholeness and Healing. We honor the full spectrum of womanhood—mental health, body image, identity, creativity, and more. Our platform is a space for women to be seen, heard, and held—whole and unbroken.

How We Hold Space

Butterfly is a quiet rebellion. A gentle corner of the internet where beauty, thoughtfulness, and intentional living take center stage. Butterfly is for the ones navigating transition. The ones asking better questions. The ones learning to rest, trust, create, and begin again.

We believe in tender beginnings, thoughtful design, and the magic of words placed just right. Whether we’re sharing essays or guiding you through a self-love journey, everything here is rooted in care.

We publish essays, interviews, guides, and conversations that speak to the real, unfiltered experiences of women. Whether you’re looking for comfort, courage, or connection, there’s space for you here.
